About The Position

This position oversees routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues, departmental moves, after-hours emergencies, and more. The Manager will work closely with Facilities Coordinators and their assigned departments to coordinate the day-to-day operations of facilities, including responsibilities such as building access and emergency management. The role requires excellent communication, organization, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. There is an opportunity to grow personal skill sets and to develop and mentor the Facilities Coordinators who report to this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of related experience.
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues.
