About The Position

This position oversees routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues, departmental moves, and after-hours emergencies. The Manager, Facilities Evergreen works closely with Facilities Coordinators and their assigned departments to coordinate the day-to-day operations of facilities, including building access and emergency management. The role requires excellent communication, organization, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. There is an opportunity for professional growth and to develop and mentor Facilities Coordinators who report to this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of related experience.
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee routine, preventative, and planned facility maintenance issues.
  • Manage departmental moves.
  • Handle after-hours emergencies.
  • Work closely with Facilities Coordinators and assigned departments to coordinate day-to-day facility operations.
  • Manage building access.
  • Oversee emergency management.
  • Provide excellent communication, organization, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Develop and mentor Facilities Coordinators.
