About The Position
The Manager, External Reporting and Technical Accounting leads the preparation and submission of the company's financial results to external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations and SOX controls. This role also evaluates complex accounting and non-routine transactions to ensure the company’s accounting policies are in compliance with evolving standards. This role is on-site with flexibility, located in Nashville, TN. Sponsorship for employment visa status will NOT be provided now or in the future.
