Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in executive leadership support, project management, operations, human resources or related fields
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in project management
  • Relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); skilled in advanced Excel functions and professional PowerPoint deck creation

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of business strategic efforts and track progress on key initiatives
  • Operational Efficiency: Problem-solving, continuous process improvement and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Executive Support: Prepare Regional Head for meetings, draft communications, and manage special projects on behalf of Regional Head
  • Meeting Management: Organize leadership meetings, set agendas, track follow-ups, meeting minutes
  • Cross-Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a point of contact between leadership and global stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic communication
  • Team Alignment: Ensure leadership members are informed, aligned, and supported in their efforts
  • Capability Development: Support a company-wide upskilling program to strengthen capabilities and identify opportunities that strengthen performance and drive sustainable growth
  • Trends & Insights: Collaborate with brand teams to collect and synthesize market insights and competitor snapshots, highlighting key learnings to inform strategy and decision-making to leaders
  • Visibility & Awareness: Amplify key brand initiatives, product launches, and strategic programs on internal platforms and external channels
  • Centralized Calendar Oversight: Establish and manage a unified North America calendar, including strategic brand events and key global, regional and local company initiatives to ensure visibility, alignment, and cross-brand awareness and coordination
