About The Position

Felton Institute’s Manager of Executive Initiatives supports the agency’s CEO through high-level Executive Assistant functions and by leading the launch and management of executive-level projects. The role helps the CEO manage and prioritize internal and external communications, supports technology and systems integration, and serves as the CEO’s proxy when necessary. The position drafts communications and proposals, coordinates CEO-initiated senior management efforts, and contributes to the branding, promotion, and advancement of Felton’s Technical Assistance (TA) initiatives. It also develops contract action plans and oversees project and contract execution. As the CEO’s primary day-to-day support, the Manager of Executive Initiatives regularly accesses sensitive executive communications, organizational planning materials, and labor-relations information before broad dissemination.
