Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years of experience in Sourcing, Contracting or Third Party Supplier Management
At least 1 year of experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, or enterprise training programs

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, Contracting, or Third Party Supplier Manager within a regulated industry
Experience building and maintaining enterprise knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience training cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Deep understanding of third party management, sourcing, contracting frameworks, and third-party compliance standards

Responsibilities

Evaluate existing supplier management frameworks and workflows to identify inefficiencies, automate routine tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and maintain standardized process workflows across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle.
Build, curate, and maintain the ESM Supplier Management Knowledge Base (including playbooks, tools, templates).
Ensure enterprise-wide accessibility, accuracy, and adoption of critical third-party management documentation.
Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding modules, and continuous learning sessions.
Establish standardized metrics, performance dashboards, and periodic review frameworks.
Partner closely with internal risk, compliance, and other teams to embed standard risk oversight into everyday operational processes.
Act as a CoE advisor to internal business leads, helping them solve complex challenges, identify value-generating opportunities (e.g., cost savings, process efficiencies, or innovation), and stay ahead of external marketplace trends.
Leverage data and insights to assess process adoption, standard compliance, and supplier ROI, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary.
