Job Summary: The Manager, Enterprise Strategic Program Management, plays a critical tactical and coordination role in supporting the Director and the broader Enterprise Operations team. This role is responsible for driving the day-to-day development, implementation, and adoption of common enterprise capabilities—such as Jira workflows and Tableau dashboards—to strengthen accountability, transparency, and execution across business units and enabling functions. This position blends strategic execution, operational rigor, and technical fluency. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical operator who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment and is comfortable working directly with enterprise tools and data. They are passionate about translating strategy into scalable, measurable execution and driving continuous improvement through well-designed processes, frameworks, and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operational planning, business management, or strategic execution within a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong background in process management, data visualization, and reporting, with hands-on experience configuring and managing enterprise tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Power BI or Tableau).
• Demonstrated technical fluency, with the ability to translate business requirements into workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions, and to partner effectively with technical teams when deeper system support is required.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into structured execution plans, operational frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Organize daily activities based on organizational goals.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Support execution rigor by ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes.
