Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery. Develop and implement program plans and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide strategic guidance to project managers. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Mentor junior project managers. Lead planning and execution of complex, multi-year programs with significant business impact. Partner with business leaders, functional heads, and PMO teams to define program scope, resources, and timelines. Serve as the escalation point for program blockers and drive rapid resolution. Proactively identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans. Provide regular updates and executive-ready reporting to the Senior Director and leadership committees. Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and governance frameworks. Ensure program budgets are tracked and managed effectively, balancing strategic investment with cost discipline. Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making through workshops, steering committees, and structured communications. Support change management efforts to enable adoption of program outcomes across the enterprise.
