Job Summary Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Sales Coach to join our team. As a Sales Coach, you'll be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. Your role is integral to our business and will ensure effective sales practices, sales growth, and increased revenue for the company.
Requirements
- Experience in a call center and the personal lines industry along with expertise in the sales process and methodologies.
- Strong track record of individual and team success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with people in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in either management, call center environment, or the personal lines insurance industry.
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired.
- Legally authorized to work the United States.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- B2B or B2C sales experience.
- Competitive attitude.
- Networking abilities.
- Entreprenurial spirit.
- Problem-solving mentality.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, self-starter mindset that can do the work.
- Strong time management.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
