About The Position

This role sits at the heart of Scribe’s Enterprise growth engine. As Manager, Large Enterprise Sales, you’ll lead a team of high-functioning Account Executives focused on landing Enterprise new business deals (meaningful deal sizes and moderate velocity). Your leadership will directly shape forecast predictability, rep development, and how we scale a repeatable, high-impact Enterprise sales motion as Scribe continues to grow. As a Manager, Large Enterprise Sales at Scribe, you will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for closing Enterprise new business deals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, thrives in the details of deal execution, and knows how to drive predictable results at scale. You’ll manage a team of Large Enterprise Account Executives, experienced reps operating in complex Enterprise environments. Your focus will be on driving strong execution across the funnel, tightening forecasting accuracy, and building repeatable sales excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Enablement, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Recruiting to ensure your team has everything they need to win.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Account Executives
  • Approximately 3 years of direct people management in a high-growth startup environment
  • Successfully led teams selling into Enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees)
  • Experience coaching Account Executives closing 6-figure ARR deals with approximately 90-day sales cycles
  • Highly skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal inspection
  • Knows how to drive rigor without slowing momentum
  • Hands-on, and embedded in teams and active cycles (customer first mindset)
  • Comfortable driving performance through structured coaching, enablement, and training
  • Been a successful sales leader at a high growth start up
