About The Position

This role supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures. It involves facilitating risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities across various business units, teams, and initiatives. The position also requires maintaining the enterprise risk register and synthesizing risk data to produce actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership. Additionally, the role leads and executes the third-party risk management program, focusing on risk assessments, escalation protocols, system integrations, and ongoing monitoring. It involves evaluating third-party vendor dependencies and operational vulnerabilities to ensure external partners meet internal risk appetite and compliance standards. The role also coordinates and facilitates incident response and remediation efforts related to third-party risk events. Furthermore, it manages the oversight of highly regulated government and strategic enterprise contracts, ensuring strict adherence to complex contractual requirements and regulatory guidelines. This includes driving long-term compliance of operational components related to these contracts, conducting regular risk assessments and compliance reviews, and serving as the primary liaison between operations, legal, and compliance teams. The position applies strong project management principles to lead cross-functional risk, resilience, and compliance initiatives and ensures project milestones are tracked, reported, and achieved on time. Finally, the role leads, mentors, and develops a team of risk analysts and professionals, fostering a culture of risk-awareness and compliance through education, communication, and cross-functional engagement.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between operations, legal, and compliance teams to resolve contract-related risks, audit findings, and operational inquiries.
  • Apply strong project management principles to lead cross-functional risk, resilience, and compliance initiatives from inception to successful completion.
  • Ensure project milestones related to risk mitigation and compliance remediation are tracked, reported, and achieved on time.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts and professionals.
  • Foster a culture of risk-awareness and compliance through education, communication, and cross-functional engagement across the organization.
