About The Position

This role involves partnering with the core Marketing Analytics team to gather business requirements and translate them into tangible deliverables with clearly defined acceptance criteria. The Manager Enterprise BI will work with Hilton's Technology and Data teams to design data models supporting reporting or automation initiatives for measuring acceptance criteria and outcomes. A key responsibility is leading the development of reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions. This role also includes supervising subordinates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, foreign equivalent, or higher in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Five years of progressive experience developing Data Warehousing or Business Intelligence Applications.
  • Progressive experience with coding languages including SQL, Hive, R, Python, and Scala.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and summarizing large amounts of data into practical intelligence to drive business decisions.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools, such as MicroStrategy, Tableau.
  • Experience with data warehousing, SQL, and data management concepts in Amazon RedShift or other columnar database management systems.
  • Experience utilizing data management tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or Alteryx for data transfer and preparation.
  • Experience using SQL for ad-hoc queries, performing data profiling, writing complex queries, and creating, troubleshooting stored procedures.
  • Experience using Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
