This role serves as the primary IT/technical owner for several key enterprise applications, including Workday (HCM & Financials), Salesforce, Freshworks ITSM, Smartsheet, and Contract Lifecycle Management (Evisort & DocuSign). The position involves administering, supporting, and driving initiatives for these platforms, building product roadmaps, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless integrations. Additionally, the role will provide thought leadership for AI initiatives, manage vendor and contract renewals, offer cross-functional operational support, and lead a team of four technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise application support, team leadership, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of system integrations. Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a technical support/development team
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with HR, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams
  • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewal processes
  • Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based application connections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (Evisort, DocuSign, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Workday HCM and Workday Financials, partnering with business Product Owners in HR and Finance.
  • Maintain Prism data ingestion from Salesforce and third-party sources for headcount planning and reporting.
  • Support Workday Financials configuration, including General Ledger, AP/AR reporting, JP Morgan Wires, Concur, PNC, Experian CICPlus, banking and payroll processing, and Adaptive Planning/FP&A.
  • Own the global colleague onboarding automation connecting Workday, Active Directory, and Freshworks.
  • Drive ongoing platform initiatives, building the product roadmap based on stakeholder input.
  • Maintain relationship, hours, and queues with external support vendors.
  • Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Salesforce, partnering with Commercial and Strategy stakeholders.
  • Administer and support Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Maintain integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Definitive Healthcare, Loopio (RFP management), and Freshworks.
  • Oversee Copado for Salesforce DevOps and release management.
  • Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for the Freshworks ITSM platform, partnering with HR and IT User Support.
  • Administer and optimize the ticketing platform and IT service catalog.
  • Own Freddy AI (self-service AI support) and the Teams-based ServiceBot conversational AI.
  • Maintain the Workday–Freshworks–Active Directory onboarding/offboarding automation.
  • Support client application ticket routing for Savista’s internal applications.
  • Coordinate with the Randstad Tier 1/2 service desk on ticketing and routing.
  • Manage the Freshworks vendor relationship.
  • Own administration of Smartsheet, including periodic license rationalization reviews.
  • Maintain existing Smartsheet integrations (Salesforce, Freshworks), and lead the development of new integrations based on stakeholder needs.
  • Manage the Smartsheet vendor relationship.
  • Own Evisort as the primary CLM platform for vendor and client contract lifecycle management, including repository, workflow, obligations tracking, and archiving/retention.
  • Maintain DocuSign as the platform of record for contract execution/e-signature only, ensuring executed contracts flow correctly into Evisort.
  • Maintain the CLM governance model, including contract types, approval workflows, and retention rules.
  • Support integration points with Workday (supplier contracts) and Salesforce (client contracts).
  • Administer Aha! Labs (product roadmap tool) and its embedded AI capabilities for roadmap management.
  • Administer Loopio for RFP response management.
  • Serve as IT liaison to Marketing (data privacy/consent management), Webflow (corporate website hosting), and Semrush (SEO).
  • Serve as IT liaison to HR/Marketing for the Moodle and Articulate Global learning platforms.
  • Provide thought leadership and support for AI initiatives across the enterprise applications portfolio, including tool evaluation, rollout support, and liaison with Savista's AI Community of Practice.
  • Partner with Procurement on pricing negotiation, contract terms, and vendor performance management for relevant vendors.
  • Own the public-facing publishing process for the File Format Standards project (filestandards.savistarcm.com).
  • Support security incident response for vendor-related issues touching corporate applications.
  • Support client offboarding process automation across Salesforce, Freshworks, and Workday.
  • Maintain the Headcount Planning data flow from Salesforce into Workday Prism.
  • Create and administer a standard process for identifying and communicating changes that impact enterprise applications and their integrations.
  • Lead and develop a team of four: a Workday & Salesforce Developer, a Freshworks Developer & Support Specialist, a Quality Assurance resource, and a Workday Finance & HR Support Specialist.
  • Set priorities, review work quality, and provide day-to-day technical guidance across the team.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex application issues and vendor escalations.

Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 annually.
