The Manager, Enrollment and Student Engagement provides oversight of the student experience from admission through graduation, guiding students through onboarding, registration, and re-enrollment while providing proactive outreach and individualized coaching to promote persistence and program completion. The Manager serves as a cross-departmental liaison, collaborating with academic and administrative units to enhance the quality and consistency of student support. Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate the needs of working professionals.
