Requirements

• Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
• Interest in problem-solving.
• Ability to gather relevant data, identify root cause, then determine options and offers suggestions that lead to a resolution
• Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
• Culturally sensitive: you will be communicating extensively with our diverse user base located in 155+ countries

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in foreign languages a HUGE plus

Responsibilities

• Selling and providing customer resolution via phone calls and email correspondence
• Meet a quota for weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Uses established procedures (e.g., call scripts and email templates) but have the ability to deviate when needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned
