We are looking for a Manager of Engineering Program Management with a strong track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs. You are a proven people leader who thrives on developing teams and driving complex initiatives from concept through delivery. This is a fast-paced environment where technical depth, collaboration, and execution excellence drive success. This role leads program management and execution across a portfolio of Wallet, Payments and Commerce initiatives. You will partner directly with engineering and cross-functional teams across WPC and Apple Services to drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. As a people leader, you will mentor and grow a team of Engineering Program Managers, establish operational best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence. You are as comfortable presenting to executives as you are engaging with engineering teams on technical details.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program and project management, including managing a team of program managers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large cross-functional programs and roadmaps, identify risks, and drive results.
- Strong technical acumen, able to engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, building alignment across competing priorities, and leading teams to successful delivery.
- Effective decision-maker who balances risks and benefits for the overall good of the organization.
- Results-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment while managing program details and broader dependencies.
- Experience influencing and building trust with partners and senior executive leadership to move programs forward.

- Experience within payments, financial services, data, or analytics technology is highly desired.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences and organizational levels.
- Ability to facilitate technical design and architecture discussions and translate technical concepts into actionable project plans.
- Passion for mentoring and developing Engineering Program Managers, measuring success through the growth and impact of your team.
- Flexibility to handle directional change and concurrently manage multiple priorities.
