We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to join our Business Productivity team. This role will report to the VP of Platform Engineering. You will lead a team responsible for improving the efficiency of our internal lines of business by embedding AI into their core workflows.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on engineering experience and 2+ years managing engineering teams.
Experience building web applications and APIs on cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar).
Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset
The ability to partner with non-technical business stakeholders and translate their workflows into effective technical solutions.
Experience thriving in a startup or other fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team through coaching, authentic feedback, and hiring.
Partner closely with internal business units to identify high-leverage opportunities and ship features end-to-end that deliver measurable employee productivity gains.
Drive the delivery of AI-native solutions
Own core services and ensure secure, high-quality, and reliable experiences in a fast-moving environment.
Balance quality with delivery speed, identify bottlenecks, and clearly communicate tradeoffs across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Set technical direction across the team’s roadmap and its three bets: AI adoption, employee efficiency, and foundational improvements.
