About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Digital Infrastructure, the Endpoint Manager is accountable for the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of endpoint computing services across the University of Alberta. The position provides both strategic and operational leadership for a large, complex portfolio supporting desktop computing services for on-campus and remote users. The role leads a team of direct reports and a broader team responsible for endpoint support, lifecycle management, and endpoint management platforms. The Endpoint Manager contributes to institutional objectives by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient endpoint services while fostering a culture of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
