This individual plays a key role in ensuring end-user satisfaction and operational stability by overseeing end-user technologies to meet the organization's computing needs, while maintaining the integrity, stability, and efficiency of provided services. The position requires an on-site presence, enabling close collaboration with engineering and deskside teams for delivering effective end user support, and facilitating direct partnership with systems and security teams. Leveraging strong interpersonal skills, this person will work across departments to support end users. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent communication skills, maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, and effectively manage expectations to ensure a positive experience for both colleagues and end users. Their responsibilities encompass end-user engineering for laptops, desktops, VDI/VDA, SCCM, Intune, O365, as well as engineering and support functions, targeting all end users within the organization.
