The Manager, Employee Experience is responsible for building, implementing, and managing programs that create meaningful experiences for our employees and in turn drive value for our people and impact for our business. Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience, with 3-5 years in a related field (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development)
  • 2+ years of experience designing, managing, and executing on large-scale and complex people programs
  • Confident and natural presenter and facilitator
  • Methodical approach to requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder management, and change management
  • PowerPoint proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail - you take a 'big picture' approach while still sweating the details
  • Passion for learning with a growth mindset
  • Outstanding follow through, self-directed and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action

Responsibilities

  • Partner with various stakeholders across the organization to design, implement, and measure world-class culture programs
  • Be the face of employee experience and champion our culture during various trainings, including new hire orientation presentations
  • Drive end-to-end program management of our peer coaching program that connects our people and builds cross-functional, trusted relationships
  • Support our semi-annual engagement survey and action planning process from design, project planning, launch, results analysis, and action planning
  • Oversee the logistics for a quarterly talent summit, people leader days, performance management, and other employee development opportunities
  • Serve as one of the key ambassadors of our evolving cultural values and lead the charge in strengthening and embedding our values in everything we do
  • Play a key role in our leadership development strategy by supporting trainings, meetings, drafting communications, and building learning content and toolkits
  • Manage external partnerships and vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key connections
  • Consult and contribute to ad-hoc People & Culture initiatives to support the employee experience
