The Senior Manager, Employee Experience will work closely within HR and across the business to provide thought leadership around the company listening strategy, monitor employee sentiment, support action planning, and ensure feedback loops are effectively closed. The Senior Manager, Employee Experience is an individual contributor role, and reports to the Vice President, Talent & People Support.
