The Senior Manager of Employee Experience will provide leadership to ensure WM creates an environment where every employee feels connected, valued, and part of our purpose. This role will focus on building a culture of belonging by connecting employees to our Commitments and Values, the work we do, and the communities we serve. The position will lead programs and initiatives that foster belonging across all employees, with a particular focus on frontline employees having access to and awareness of WM’s opportunities, benefits, and communications. A key responsibility includes providing leadership and support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Business Resource Groups (BRGs), ensuring they foster connection, align with our business strategy, and deliver measurable business returns. This leader will partner with Internal Communications, Sustainability, and the Human Resources Team to bring WM’s employee value proposition to life, ensuring our culture and values are consistently experienced by all employees. In addition, this role will partner with WM’s social impact strategy and manage key external relationships that enhance employee experience and belonging across the organization.
