The EH&S training manager will collaborate with EH&S Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Learning and Development (L&D) to develop, roll out, and manage EH&S-related training initiatives. The manager will work in partnership with the section manager and director to develop, implement, and evaluate learning strategies to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals. This role will manage training staff, assign tasks and evaluate performance to effectively manage training programs. The manager will utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS), and coordinate with department heads to bridge skill gaps and to provide a motivated, well-trained workforce to meet the needs of customers and various stakeholders. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
