About The Position

We are seeking a visionary people leader passionate about environmental stewardship, regulatory excellence, and driving continuous improvement. In this pivotal role as Manager of the Environmental Field Team (EFT), you will formally manage, coach, and develop a team of field-focused environmental Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while championing efforts to achieve full environmental regulatory compliance, minimize operational risks, and promote environmental excellence across the company. You will provide direct supervision and day-to-day leadership for EFT SMEs within the oil, chemical, waste, and water programs, including work assignment, prioritization, performance feedback, training, development, and accountability for safe and compliant execution. The EFT is tasked with providing environmental guidance, conducting Quality Management assessments, and leading our companys preparation and response to environmental releases that require coordinated company response. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.

Requirements
