About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Manager of DSX Software Engineering and Controls to lead its DSX Software and DSX Controls and Monitoring teams in Santa Clara, California. The role focuses on developing software and operational technology (OT) control systems to improve the efficiency and operational intelligence of AI factories. The manager will work with engineering teams, infrastructure partners, customers, and operations teams to deliver coordinated, production-ready capabilities for AI factory initiatives. The position leads the architecture and delivery of software services, APIs, integration frameworks, automation, and tools connecting DSX components and supporting deployments and lifecycle management. It also guides development of telemetry collection, equipment interfaces, operational dashboards, alarms, and control capabilities across compute, electrical, and cooling infrastructure. The manager will recruit and develop engineers, technical leads, and managers; incorporate operational feedback into future builds; align product roadmaps and standardize IT and OT data sets with critical partners; and establish release readiness through simulation, integration testing, and hardware validation.
