Creates intuitive and verbally engaging user interfaces and experiences for digital products and applications by conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement content solutions that meet user needs. Ensures seamless user interactions, adheres to content design principles, and continuously iterates and improves designs based on user feedback.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Designs systems to deliver innovative and impactful digital UX solutions, under general direction.
  • Assesses specialized, functional areas to determine strategies for enhancing digital user experiences.
  • Develops complex UX designs and prototypes, integrating theoretical concepts into practical solutions.
  • Creates and enhances the user experience of digital products and services, with a focus on comprehension, usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Utilizes specialized UX content knowledge and experience to influence strategic decision-making related to the enhancement and optimization of digital user experiences.
  • Assists in the management of digital UX projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are completed within the established parameters.
  • Conducts user research, such as surveys, usability testing, and data analysis, to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of the target audience.
  • Implements processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX content
  • Coaches and mentors junior-level content designers to help create intuitive and user-centered digital experiences.
