About The Position

As a Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives while developing the consultants on your team. You'll act as a player-coach—driving client outcomes while building the next generation of Liberty talent—and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

Requirements

6–9 years of relevant experience, including consulting and/or technology and digital transformation delivery.
2+ years leading project teams or workstreams, with demonstrated ownership of delivery and client relationships.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong background in one or more: digital transformation, technology strategy, cloud/infrastructure, data & analytics, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), agile delivery, or process optimization.
Excellent communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a hybrid model based in Chicago, with travel as client needs require.
Consulting experience strongly preferred.

MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technology and digital transformation engagements from scoping through implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Translate client business objectives into actionable roadmaps spanning systems modernization, cloud migration, data and platform strategy, enterprise applications, and process automation.
Manage scope, staffing, budget, risk, and timeline across concurrent workstreams.
Serve as a primary point of contact, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and resolve escalations with confidence.
Structure ambiguous problems and guide teams toward pragmatic, measurable solutions.
Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts; set clear direction and provide ongoing, constructive feedback.
Build and sustain high-performing delivery teams, balancing utilization with growth and engagement.
Contribute to recruiting, performance reviews, and career development for junior staff.
Foster a collaborative, accountable culture aligned with Liberty Advisor Group's values.
Identify opportunities to expand engagements and support business development through proposals, scoping, and relationship building.
Contribute to internal initiatives, delivery methodologies, and the firm's intellectual capital.
