About The Position

As a Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives while developing the consultants on your team. You'll act as a player-coach—driving client outcomes while building the next generation of Liberty talent—and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of relevant experience, including consulting and/or technology and digital transformation delivery.
  • 2+ years leading project teams or workstreams, with demonstrated ownership of delivery and client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong background in one or more: digital transformation, technology strategy, cloud/infrastructure, data & analytics, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), agile delivery, or process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in a hybrid model based in Chicago, with travel as client needs require.
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred.

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technology and digital transformation engagements from scoping through implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable roadmaps spanning systems modernization, cloud migration, data and platform strategy, enterprise applications, and process automation.
  • Manage scope, staffing, budget, risk, and timeline across concurrent workstreams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and resolve escalations with confidence.
  • Structure ambiguous problems and guide teams toward pragmatic, measurable solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and analysts; set clear direction and provide ongoing, constructive feedback.
  • Build and sustain high-performing delivery teams, balancing utilization with growth and engagement.
  • Contribute to recruiting, performance reviews, and career development for junior staff.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable culture aligned with Liberty Advisor Group's values.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements and support business development through proposals, scoping, and relationship building.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, delivery methodologies, and the firm's intellectual capital.
