About The Position

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and adaptable product manager to improve existing product and product management practices and help lead the Internal Audit Group (IAG) through a significant people, process, and technology change period. In this role, you will support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for transitioning IAG and non-IAG stakeholders to a new audit management system, Optro (previously branded as AuditBoard), and iterate on a new resource management tool, Tempus, in a manner that maximizes desired outcomes. You will join a high-performing and nimble team of product managers and partner with Technology, Auditor, IAG Professional Practices, Product, and IAG Data Analytics teams to enable this vision to directly contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Passionate, talented, and adaptable product manager.
  • Experience improving existing product and product management practices.
  • Ability to lead through significant people, process, and technology change periods.
  • Experience supporting vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Experience transitioning stakeholders to a new system.
  • Experience iterating on resource management tools.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Auditor, IAG Professional Practices, Product, IAG Data Analytics).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Optro (previously AuditBoard).
  • Experience with Tempus.
