About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our MarTech Transformation team and lead product strategy and development efforts for our product roadmap that is aimed at developing new marketing technology solutions to elevate the manner in which we design, build, review and deploy customer-facing creatives that support our marketing experiences. Underpinning this strategy are a variety of current and planned product solutions including centralized content libraries (digital asset and copy managers), asset builder solutions, collaborative review and refinement and annotation tools, creative review and approval solutions, channel set up capabilities and workflow/work management platforms. This role will specifically focus on the strategy and deployment of our content services solution which includes the digital asset and marketing copy content libraries. As part of this effort, this individual will need to partner across multiple organizations including Marketing, Enterprise Marketing Products, Content Management, Creative Compliance Review, Global Advertising and Brand Management and others to understand and define business needs for this new solution. This candidate will also work with our American Express Technology and AI organization to solution, build, test and deploy product features to the organization.

Responsibilities
