About The Position

Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Hartford, CT: Manager, Digital PO to Develop and/or use algorithms and predictive models and determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes in context of driving iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improving key applications and processes; Contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products or services; Conduct research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle; Apply expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations; Develop a clear product roadmap for the company's digital properties to support the business mission and needs and ensure that product updates are backed by data-driven decision-making; Implement enhanced user experiences and content governance policies and standards, taking a content-first and client-centered approach to delight clients and digital users; Drive and collaborate with the product team during the innovation process to assure a pipeline of new ideas are being generated continuously; Design systems for analyzing and reporting data on product enhancements, errors, defects, and overall team performance to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end product offerings; Confer with partners from across the organization to ensure that content is thought of strategically and ladders up optimally to business goals with a clear definition of success measures and KPIs; Deliver findings to the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or a related field
  • 60 months of experience in Progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation
  • Five (5) years of experience in Designing data architectures, including data pipelines, distributed computing engines, and machine learning infrastructure design
  • Five (5) years of experience in End-to-end data science lifecycle/workflow
  • Five (5) years of experience in Developing data and analytics-based platform capabilities, services, or products
  • Five (5) years of experience in Working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design
  • Five (5) years of experience in Healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy
  • Five (5) years of experience in Web Service APIs
  • Five (5) years of experience in Oracle
  • Five (5) years of experience in JIRA, Rally or Confluence
  • Five (5) years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Five (5) years of experience in Objected-oriented JavaScript
  • Five (5) years of experience in SQL
  • Five (5) years of experience in Web and mobile applications development
