Zoro is seeking a Manager of Analytics & Insights to support how we measure, evaluate, and optimize the digital merchandising experience. This role will focus on analyzing performance across the customer funnel—from traffic and conversion to basket size—and translating data into actionable insights that improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in enabling a data-driven, test-and-learn culture by identifying trends, surfacing opportunities, and supporting decision-making. You’ll partner closely with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to ensure insights are clear, actionable, and aligned to business priorities.
