About The Position

Front + Center (F+C) is a modern, design-forward brand focused on transforming spaces through innovative refacing solutions. They are seeking a digital operator to own the entire digital footprint, from initial customer interaction to final sale. This role is a high-impact individual contributor position with leadership potential, responsible for setting digital strategy, executing campaigns, directing external agencies, and collaborating across departments. The role is expected to grow into a team leadership position as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience in B2C or B2B2C environments.
  • Hands-on front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Deep Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid media fluency.
  • Strong SEO and AEO knowledge, including technical SEO and AI search visibility.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Tag Manager; ability to build dashboards.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for web and landing page design.
  • Experience managing outside agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and deploying AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical instincts and project management discipline.
  • Background in home improvement, home décor, remodeling, or a related category.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar).
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or native CMS tools).
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms, HubSpot proficiency preferred.
  • Involvement in digital tool selection and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the website, including front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), UI/UX optimization, page design using Adobe Creative Suite, and structured A/B testing programs.
  • Implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, technical, off-page) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure content visibility in AI search results.
  • Monitor website performance, including rankings, crawl health, Core Web Vitals, and other performance signals.
  • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and PPC, including budget management, bid strategy, creative rotation, and ROAS accountability.
  • Conduct attribution analysis to refine media mix and allocation.
  • Own the analytics stack, including GA4, Tag Manager, dashboard creation, KPI tracking, and reporting that drives decision-making.
  • Build and deploy AI-powered workflows for automated reporting, lead scoring, and dynamic personalization.
  • Stay updated on emerging platforms and identify opportunities for adoption.
  • Drive qualified leads and online sales through integrated B2C and B2B2C campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize the entire ecommerce experience, including ordering flows, product pages, pricing, and checkout.
  • Develop lead nurture programs in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Monitor competitor digital activity and benchmark F+C performance.
  • Lead and manage external agencies, contractors, and vendors, setting expectations and ensuring performance.
  • Own vendor relationships on a day-to-day basis.
