Requirements

  • Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, engineering or other related field
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the digital/technology domain.
  • Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership
  • Professional experience in the areas of: AI Strategy, Governance and Enablement, Digital Strategies, Digital Transformation, ERP Strategy and System Selection
  • Experience in proposal development

Nice To Haves

  • Previous consulting experience will be an asset.
  • Completion of additional certifications (e.g. CMC, PMP, Prince2, Agile, TOGAF, ITIL) are considered an asset
  • Passion for innovation and application of digital tools to solve complex business problems
  • A developed network within the business and IT community is considered a strong asset
  • Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of expert digital consulting services to a wide range of MNP's clients, including: AI Strategy, Governance and Enablement, Digital Strategies, Digital Transformation, ERP Strategy and System Selection
  • Work with MNP Partners from all lines of service (MNP Digital, Consulting, Accounting and Assurance) to lead and enable business development activities and initiate and evolve new digital technology service offerings
  • Project manage and execute client engagements through the provision of client services including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating engagements
  • Work collaboratively with clients to identify business opportunities including defining root cause of issues and developing innovation solutions that achieve client outcomes
  • Coach and mentor team resources to advance team member skills, promote a balanced lifestyle and a high standard of team wellness
  • Promote MNP through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities and raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
  • Active involvement in the business and IT business community to build a relationship network
  • Provide leadership and subject matter experience in proposal development and solution design
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
