The Manager’s role is to provide the highest level of leadership on a significant piece of a client’s business. Managers have an expertise in all digital media principles and the ability to apply these to defining, planning and executing against a client’s objectives. A successful Manager must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to both work with and guide a team of account managers responsible for client service. The Manager must lead and foster a strong level of integration of PHD among all groups within the Agency.
