Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology, X-Ray, and/or CT preferred, including demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Current New York State Radiologic Technologist license
  • Current ARRT certification
  • Strong knowledge of imaging operations, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Nice To Haves

  • CT experience and/or advanced CT certification preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams within a complex hospital or healthcare environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical functions, activities, and daily operations of the X-Ray and CT departments at MSK’s Main Hospital Campus
  • Lead and support teams of radiologic and CT technologists to provide high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered imaging services
  • Ensure departmental operations meet MSK and regulatory standards for quality, safety, compliance, and patient care
  • Partner with Radiology leadership, radiologists, nursing, and other clinical teams to optimize workflow and address operational needs
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, productivity, quality, and other operational measures to ensure effective coverage and performance
  • Support staff development, engagement, competency, and ongoing education
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, patient experience, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a clinical and operational resource for X-Ray and CT services
