Build, enable, and scale high-performing innovation engineering teams that turn ambiguous ideas into validated, scalable digital products. This role exists to create the conditions for innovation to thrive—by balancing technical excellence, people development, and disciplined transition from exploration to execution. You will lead engineers not just to deliver software, but to reduce uncertainty, validate ideas early, and scale what works—without burning teams out or prematurely locking decisions. This is not a traditional “delivery-first” development management role. You will lead teams working in high ambiguity, optimize for learning velocity before delivery velocity, protect experimentation while enforcing technical rigor, and own the handoff from innovation teams to Core IT / scale teams.
