The Manager, Development & Impact leads and executes strategic fundraising initiatives that support the Girl Scout mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. This position is responsible for cultivating donor relationships, managing annual and campaign fundraising efforts, and developing partnerships that generate sustainable revenue for programs and operations. The role serves as a key ambassador for the organization, strengthening community engagement and aligning fundraising strategy with organizational priorities.
