About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Demand Planning to lead regional initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain performance and driving operational excellence. This role is instrumental in shaping demand planning strategy, strengthening site capabilities, and ensuring alignment with global standards and evolving customer needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical expertise, and deep supply chain knowledge to support scalable growth and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Demand Planning
  • Experience with Inventory Management
  • Experience with Procurement & Logistics
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Experience with Data analysis and reporting (advanced Excel, including pivot tables)
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement best practices across regions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization across global teams.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of regional initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources to effectively deploy global processes and tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution.
  • Lead the development and execution of a regional 3-year capability roadmap aligned with global strategy and customer requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses across sites and processes against global standards (VSM, SOPs, Work Instructions, and SFTs).
  • Enhance site capabilities to support customer demand and sales pipeline opportunities.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and reporting on demand planning effectiveness and process health.
  • Model and reinforce company core values.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, focusing on growth, succession planning, and performance excellence.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
