About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to lead regional initiatives that improve supply chain performance and drive best practices across the organization. This role will play a key part in shaping demand planning strategy, strengthening site capabilities, and aligning operations with global standards and customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience
Strong background in demand planning, supply chain strategy, or operations
Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence cross functional teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
Self driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the identification and propagation of best practices within the regions and share across regions.
Manage the initiatives funnel.
Support the management of resources for the deployment of global processes.
Lead a regional 3-year strategy of site capabilities in alignment with a global strategy and customer requirements.
Manage a gap analysis by site/process to a global VSM/SOP/WI/SFT.
Manage site capabilities in support of customer/sales opportunity funnels.
Manage the tabulation and improvement of metrics related to the health of the process.
Responsible for exemplifying and holding their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
The leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
