Requirements

• Bac+2/3 with a first experience as a logistics manager or Bac+5.
• Strong managerial skills to create and lead a team capable of meeting Soitec's business challenges.
• Proficiency with IT tools (e.g., ERP, Excel, GoogleSuite).
• Ability to understand the complexity of internal and external flows.
• Appreciation for teamwork with numerous interfaces (production, logistics, transport, etc.) and with colleague managers on other shifts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and reactivity.
• Strong inclination for proximity management.

Responsibilities

• Manage different flows in our warehouses autonomously according to your schedule.
• Manage logistics agents, respecting current quality, safety, and environmental rules.
• Organize and operationally animate activities to meet the needs of our internal and external customers: reception and storage of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts, management of incoming and outgoing flows from our various production units, preparation of shipments.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the warehouse in relation with numerous internal interfaces (logistics, transport, production, maintenance, IT, etc.).
• Accompany, develop, and evaluate the skills of your collaborators.
• Be responsible for compliance with quality/HSE rules within your teams.
