About The Position
The Manager, Data Analytics leads the Transportation & Logistics (T&L) Division’s analytics function—turning data into actionable insights. This role owns the analytics roadmap for T&L and partners with senior leaders to deliver practical, sustainable improvements using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Working alongside business leaders, this position identifies high-value opportunities, translates operational questions into analytic approaches, and communicates insights in a way that drives decisions and adoption. The role offers broad exposure to multiple business models and the divisional leadership team. The Manager, Data Analytics champions a data- and analytics-driven culture across T&L by educating leaders and staff on emerging trends and opportunities, strengthening data governance and quality, and enabling teams to achieve divisional plans through measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
