About The Position

We're looking for a Customer Solutions Manager to lead our Customer Solutions team and serve as the primary point of ownership for the customer experience within the local operating unit. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure customers receive reliable service, timely communication, and innovative solutions while supporting business growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead customer-facing operations, develop and mentor a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and strengthen customer relationships to support retention, satisfaction, and long-term revenue growth. At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. As a people leader, you'll play a key role in developing talent, improving processes, and delivering results that help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Leadership experience in customer service, sales, operations, quality, or business development.
Aerospace or other highly regulated industry experience.
Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and make sound business decisions.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading customer-facing teams in aerospace manufacturing or MRO environments.
Knowledge of contract management and pricing strategies.
Experience conducting customer business reviews and performance reporting.
Familiarity with export control requirements.
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
