About The Position

The Manager, Customer Service at XPO will be responsible for monitoring the execution of all process steps and taking necessary corrective actions. This role involves communicating with primary customers to obtain feedback and grow the business, reviewing financial reports for root causes of variances and resolution, and training and coaching staff. The manager will also ensure processes, procedures, documentation, and training are in place for new business and participate in various continuous improvement activities beyond their team. Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in customer service
  • 2 years of experience in a warehousing or distribution center environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Available to travel up to 75% of the time to various sites in the area
  • 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience
  • Experience with EDI and TMW software
  • Knowledge of transportation operations and driver management
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
