In this position... As a Manager in the Customer Data, Analysis & Tools group, you will do more than just "pull data" - you will be a champion for our team’s insights. You will sit at the intersection of complex analytics and strategic decision-making, helping Ford’s leadership understand the "so what" behind our market segmentation map and extensive customer data stack. We are looking for a dedicated, curious, and outcome-oriented professional who is proficient in data tools but excels at storytelling. You will be a key partner, ensuring our enterprise-wide customer framework is not only technically sound but also clearly understood and utilized across Corporate Strategy, Product Development, General Management, and Marketing. This hybrid Dearborn, MI based position requires a detail-oriented, creative technologist, comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, and able to work with a variety of internal and external clients and vendors.
