Headspace is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to drive significant business outcomes by leading impactful and complex data projects that align with strategic priorities. This role involves defining and executing the vision for data analytics, ensuring alignment with company goals. The Manager will provide thought leadership by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical frameworks and recommend actionable insights that drive measurable results and optimize key business metrics. The position requires serving as the organization’s subject matter expert on advanced statistical analysis, experimental design, methodology, and financial impact analysis, ensuring best practices. The role includes guiding the team in executing A/B testing strategies, data modeling, and predictive analytics, leading root cause analyses for critical business metrics, and architecting and implementing automation solutions for analytical processes. The Manager will also drive innovation in reporting and data accessibility, lead the development of data product requirements and dashboard scopes, build strong partnerships with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams, and advocate for best-in-class analytics tools and methodologies. The role involves independently identifying opportunities, initiating projects, and establishing/refining analytical processes. The Manager will deliver compelling presentations to cross-functional teams and executive leadership and effectively communicate complex analytical findings. This role supervises a team of Staff Engineers, Staff/Sr. Data Analysts, and a Capacity Planning Sr. Manager. Telecommuting is permitted pursuant to company policy.
