As Manager, CRM Platforms, you’ll lead the performance delivery, and future direction of the University’s Salesforce platform across a growing and evolving environment. This is a high-impact leadership role combining hands-on platform expertise with strategic ownership, where you’ll oversee platform performance, incident management, support release delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the CRM ecosystem. You’ll partner with business stakeholders, cross functional teams, cyber security, and developers to manage competing demand, uplift governance, and ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned to future needs. With platform scope expanding and Marketing Cloud capability growing, this role offers the opportunity to shape a maturing CRM practice and influence how the University leverages CRM technology into the future.
