About The Position

As the Manager, Credit, you will lead global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, ensuring sound risk management practices while supporting business growth through effective cross-functional collaboration and process excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Finance, Collections, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading projects, driving process improvements, and utilizing data to support business decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Collaborative leaders who can influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team responsible for global credit, collections, and customer onboarding activities, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, support business growth, and strengthen risk management practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to support key business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyze business and customer data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and optimize credit and collections performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while serving as a trusted resource for credit-related matters and customer account management.
