Manager, Creator Commerce

Cotton On GroupLos Angeles, CA
Onsite

About The Position

We are Cotton On, an Australian-born fashion and lifestyle brand with a laid-back, optimistic Aussie energy, operating in over 20 countries with more than 180 US stores. We aim to make everyday dressing easy, fun, and accessible, while making a significant difference through the Cotton On Foundation. As we grow rapidly in the US, we are building a marketing team to foster brand love among Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and families. This role requires a blend of relationship building, systems thinking, and performance operation, and is a new position within the company. If you have extensive experience in creator commerce and affiliate programs and are ready to manage them end-to-end, this is an excellent opportunity. The Manager, Creator Commerce will be responsible for building and operating the system that connects creators, affiliates, and store talent to measurable revenue in the US. This includes owning our affiliate programs, leading TikTok Shop as a primary commerce channel, and developing the necessary systems, incentives, and reporting to establish creator commerce as a consistent growth driver. Collaboration with the global AUS marketing team on shared campaigns, followed by localization of offers, partners, and channels for the US market, will also be key.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years operating affiliate or creator commerce programmes.
  • Detailed understanding of TikTok Shop successes and failures.
  • Belief that the best creator programmes are built from the ground up, through genuine relationships and thoughtful community building, not just cheque-writing.
  • Enjoyment of the mix of creator relationships and dashboards.
  • Care about GMV, margin, and efficiency as much as creative output.
  • Hands-on experience running TikTok Shop and at least one major affiliate platform.
  • Ability to set up offers, track performance, and optimise without needing to be taught the tools.
  • Comfortable designing commission structures, incentives, and tests that balance growth with profitability.
  • Strong reporting instincts and comfort owning performance conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working in-house or at an agency with Gen Z-focused fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or similar consumer brands.
  • Ability to move between detail and strategy without losing speed.
  • Enjoyment of turning a messy data set into a clear narrative.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%).
  • Comfortable moving equipment, product, or props as needed for shoots.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the affiliate programme: partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, commission logic, performance optimisation, and reporting.
  • Own and grow Cotton On's US affiliate programme end to end.
  • Lead TikTok Shop as a core commerce channel: creator identification, outreach, relationship management, offer design, and performance tracking.
  • Build and manage a store-associate affiliate programme that connects retail team members to creator commerce opportunities and gives them a commercial stake in the brand's success.
  • Manage affiliate link strategy across media, editorial, and creator ecosystems to maximise attributed revenue and earned distribution.
  • Set commission structures, partner incentives, and testing approaches that balance growth with profitability.
  • Report weekly on performance: GMV, conversion, AOV, top creators, underperforming segments, and translate data into clear next steps.
  • Design and operate a systematic seeding programme letting authenticity determine who moves up the value chain.
  • Identify and onboard creators, warm customers, and community members who should be in Cotton On's orbit.
  • Use customer intelligence tools to find people already in the Cotton On community who could become creators, advocates, and affiliates, and build a structured programme for moving them through each stage.
  • Coordinate with the Influencer & Creator Partnerships team on creator handoffs.
  • Monitor organic content in real time, identify what's gaining traction and package high-potential winners into structured briefs for the paid media and CRM teams.
  • Work with the Social & Content team on content that should move into commerce or paid amplification.
  • Track how often organic wins make it into paid rotation and what the performance impact is.
  • Support the Head of Marketing on integrated marketing operations: maintaining the master launch calendar, keeping GTM checklists moving, and helping translate key moments into cross-functional action.
  • Collaborate with the global AUS team on campaign priorities and localise for the US market across partners, channels, and timing.

Benefits

  • Full-time, hourly paid position with a wage range of $31.00 - $36.00 / hr
