About The Position

Our Design Team operates with a customer-first mindset, focusing on delivering value and innovative solutions. This role will play a critical part in achieving our business goals by building strong understanding of advertiser creative needs and campaign goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative development is in line with business creative guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in media and entertainment, preferably within a Streaming or Smart TV platform.
  • Has experience managing a queue of requests and ability to work cross functionally to understand priorities.
  • Expert level skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, specifically in photo compositing and logo design.
  • Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, composition, and disparate genres.
  • Knowledgeable of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the TV UI design field.
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality designs on deadline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 1 year's experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field OR 3 years' experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide design team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Build process and guidelines to keep the creative design process manageable, efficient and aligned to necessary timelines for business.
  • Manage Creative Requests for on platform creative needs across Sales, Engagement and Marketing.
  • Lead the development and execution of creative strategies for digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, client services, and marketing teams to understand advertiser needs and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee the creative direction for all paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with business guidelines and brand identity.
  • Drive content positioning and messaging to enhance the impact of digital ad placements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including product marketing, sales, and design—to support the creative build process and refine campaign messaging.
  • Contribute to market differentiation efforts by developing innovative materials and processes that set the organization apart in the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, focusing on delivering value and creative solutions tailored to client goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technology advances, and best practices in digital and TV UI design.
