About The Position

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and its three business units (Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure the company maintains its fast growth trajectory. The team has been instrumental in significant strategic decisions, including the transition to cloud and the expansion into digital marketing leadership. Adobe is a leader in digital experiences, empowering creatives and enabling global enterprises in their digital transformation. This strategic focus has resulted in strong financial performance and stock appreciation. As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be part of a highly entrepreneurial team, working alongside experienced professionals. You will manage project teams to drive Adobe’s long-term growth and may lead independent initiatives. This role offers significant exposure to senior executives and serves as a pathway to operational and general management positions within the company.

Requirements

3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet or SaaS strategy.
Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape, evolving trends and long-term horizon.
Ability to build ‘outside-in’ POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations.
Structured thinker with ability to break down big, hairy problems into discrete elements.
Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence.
Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading teams.
Undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred).
